Established in April 2011 by Andrei Novac, Agnieszka Kopera, Florin Neacsu and Vlad Sladariu, NSKN Games designs and publishes family and strategy board games.
We aim to make interesting, deep and diverse games, each being a unique experience, each sporting its own flavour and an interesting theme.
NSKN Games is a team of creative people who enjoy inventing interesting strategy board games. Inspired by historical characters, events or locations, or reaching far into the world of the fantastical, games by NSKN cater to different gamers: from the more casual, family player to the hardcore gamer looking for the ultimate gaming experience.
Who is NSKN Games?
Executive Manager – firstname.lastname@example.org
Andrei is an avid gamer and the lead designer at NSKN Games. With an engineering background and a great passion for mathematics, he has been working in various industries until 2011 when he took the big step from playing board games to making them. His first game is Warriors & Traders, followed by Wild Fun West, Exodus: Proxima Centauri, Praetor, Progress: Evolution of Technology and Versailles. Andrei’s secret wish is to design a game that will reach top 10 on BoardGameGeek.
Creative Director – email@example.com
Agnieszka is the creative mind behind the graphic design of all games by NSKN, translating complex ideas into simple to understand and elegant visuals. An engineering graduate and a driving force behind NSKN Games, she combines her technical thinking with a lot of creativity. She is also a game designer and very much one of a kind in this industry and the best example is Agnieszka’s Exodus: Proxima Centauri, an epic empire building game.
Project Manager – firstname.lastname@example.org
Unlike most of the core NSKN Games staff, Błażej is not an engineer, but a British Literature major, who had spent the previous ten years of his life as a translator and interpreter, as well as a board game journalist and a writer. He is also a gamer with a passion now spanning over the last two decades of his life. Designer of Mistfall, Heart of the Mists and Shadowscape, Błażej helps design and develop new games, ironing out their mechanisms, and creating the creative fiction attached to any of NSKN’s more thematic games.

Game Development – email@example.com
Florin is also a founding member of NSKN Games and like most people in our team, he is an engineer. His main job is in the IT industry, but his strong passion for board games brings him at every fair and convention attended by NSKN. He is also involved in game development and testing, one of the guys behind the scene whose name is rarely mentioned, but whose contribution is essential.
Artists and graphic designers we have pleasure to work with:
Using a keen eye and an immense talent for hitting the mark after only a few words of simple description, Enggar let himself be known as an illustrator able to create fantastical, inspired and incredibly detailed images that bring true life to Mistfall. He displays no fear for confronting the creation of any creatures of the Mists, as well as visual knowledge of the deepest, the darkest and most beautiful corners of the Valskyrr.
I enjoy making games and firmly believe that they are a new art medium and one that must be taken seriously. Originally from the video game industry, I’ve worked on titles for the Xbox, Playstation, Facebook, iPhone and arcade platform. I am person that has a take-no-prisoners, demand nothing but excellence attitude. Every project I endeavor I give it 200% and expect the best from myself and others. I am focused, driven and passionate. – David J. Coffey

Odysseas is an artist, a dreamer and a true visionary. His stunning artwork brought to life many a game, including NSKN’s Exodus: Edge of Extinction and Simurgh (both the base game, and the Call of the Dragonlord Expansion). His exceptional talent and artistic vision permeates In the Name of Odin, providing it with visual depth and outstanding beauty.

Dave’s a concept artist and illustrator with the NSKN team. He started back with Praetor, and has been here ever since. His major inspirations include Gil Elvgren, Kris Kuksi, and Zdzisław Beksiński.
